The fonds consists of the private papers and records gathered by Anthony Taulbut relating to his interest in local history and his work with local governments in Mission. It includes collected photographs; a local history quiz; and printed material on a broad range of subjects; the minutes of meetings, letters, registers, visitors’ books, and lists of Mission School District; and the minutes of meetings, letters, land records and assessment rolls of the Corporation of the District of Mission. Fonds also includes records of the Freemasons in Mission.

Fonds includes records relating to Gunn's career in the B.C. Provincial Police and with various private companies. The fonds includes records pertaining to a variety of service clubs and community groups in which Gunn was active, including the Native Sons of B.C., New Westminster Post No. 4, the Royal Arch Masons of B.C. (New Westminster and Mission), the Royal "Y" Service Club (New Westminster), BPO Elks Mission Lodge No. 30, Mission and District Boy Scouts Association, the Mission Basketball Club, the Salvation Army (Mission District Committee), the Mission City Volunteer Fire Brigade, Mission City and District Lions Club, the Mission City Soap Box Derby, and the Rotary Club of Mission City No. 6147.
